K – 5 Personal Belongings:
Parents call the school on Monday, May 11 or Tuesday, May 12 from 8 – 3. This is for personal belongings not paper, pencil and school supplies. The parent will be asked, what teacher room and what is the personal belonging?
K - 5 Parents, on pick up day use the front drive by the sidewalk don't get out of the car. Someone will ask the student name and grade. We will have it bagged and hand it to you. (this is why you need to call Monday, May 11 and Tuesday May 12) if you don't call your wait time will be longer.
Please come Wednesday Morning, May 20 from 8 – 11 to pick it up. Someone will be out front to hand it to them in their car.
Pre-K Personal Belongings:
A parent can come Wednesday Afternoon, May 20 from 12 – 3 to pick up Pre – K personal belongings.
Please use the car rider line by the Gym, park by the side walk. We will go in and out the door close to the Pre-K room. We will try to have items out under the awning where the old car rider pick up was. Please stay in your car until told to get out. We will limit the number going into the building to pick up Pre-K items. If you can wear a mask that would be great. Please understand we will limit the number coming into the building for the safety of all and it may take a little bit of time.
Middle School Pickup
Please come at the time listed. Use the front drive, park along the curb if the line gets full use parking spaces and enter the line when it goes down. You can use the gym parking lot also and when the line along the side walk goes down you can get in line along the sidewalk. Please don't get out of your car and gather in the front. We will limit the number of students going to their locker. We ask that you get your stuff and exit the building. Please distance yourself from others. If you would like to wear a mask please do so. This may take a little time but for the safety of all, please understand.
8th grade Thursday Morning, May 21 from 8 – 11
7th grade Thursday Afternoon, May 21 from 12 – 3
6th grade Friday Morning, May 22 from 8 – 11
